Spectrum Properties is proud to serve the tenants of Vanguard Center. Providing a safe, clean, comfortable and visually appealing office space is important to us.

We are available 24 hours a day to serve you. To ensure our tenants are receiving the service they deserve, we have implemented the Tenant Nurturing Plan - a company wide system we use to touch base with all of our tenants multiple times a year. The feedback we receive helps us serve our tenants better.

On a daily basis, our property management and maintenance teams are on-site and are here to help you.
