As senior vice president of Spectrum Properties Management Co., Ted Lee is responsible for meeting the leasing goals for our Charlotte project portfolio. Ted is imsturmental in ongoing brokerage assignments, including sales/dispositions and tenant representations.

Trudy Dixon

Senior Property Manager

Trudy worked for Spectrum as a regional property manager in the residential division from December 2005 until February 2006 and rejoined the firm in May 2007. As a senior property manager, she is responsible for overseeing the management of Vanguard Center, a 530,000 square foot commercial office park in Charlotte, NC.
