Conference Facility
- Vanguard Center features three conference facilities that are upscale and functional. Catering is available from the Vanguard Center Restaurant for business lunches or company gatherings.
- The finishes are tasteful and warm, and the artwork promotes the project.
- The conference rooms can accommodate up to 75 people. Reservations can be made by calling Spectrum Properties at 704.527.7777.
Workout Facility
- The workout facility has nice, well-maintained equipment.
- Finishes are upscale and colorful.
- The shower/locker areas are policed regularly to ensure cleanliness at all times.
Marketing/Management Office
- Spectrum Properties' office features artwork of the buildings and amenities.
- A well-apportioned conference room is set up to be a high-quality selling environment.
- Project collateral materials/brochures with photos of the buildings, amenities, and tenant spaces are readily available.
- Our on-site property management and maintenance personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address tenant concerns.
Auto Detailing
- First Impression Auto Care provides car detailing while you work.
- First Impression operates at Vanguard Center Monday through Friday. A representative is in the park each morning to schedule appointments.
On-site Security
- For the safety of our tenants, Vanguard Center provides an on-site security guard throughout the day.
- Tenants are welcome to call Spectrum Properties to request a security escort to and from their vehicles after hours.
